Postage
All orders are dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
UK postage is FREE
We also post worldwide.
The cost of overseas postage will be shown during the checkout process after you you provide your address and before the payment is completed.
Payment
Payment may be by Cash, Postal Order or Personal Cheque in Pounds Sterling drawn on a British Bank. (Cash should only be sent by Recorded Delivery)
Credit/Debit Card payments will be processed via PayPal
Orders
Order details will be confirmed by e-mail.
For orders by post or e-mail we will confirm stock availability and hold items ordered for 14 days to allow for receipt of payment.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
Please contact by e-mail before returning goods so that we can arrange a suitable method of shipment.
All goods must be returned with original packaging.
